Acculturative Stress, Psychological Adjustment and Future Orientation Among International Students in Turkey

The aim of this study was to examine the relationship between acculturative stress, psychological adjustment, and future orientation among international students in Turkey. 650 were included research participants completed Acculturative Stress Scale for International Students (ASSIS), College Adjustment (CAS) Orientation Questionnaire. Data analyzed by using SPSS 25.0 statistics program. Results indicated that a positive correlation found orientation. analysis showed gender differences adjustment statistical significance students. Also, female reported higher scores on stress than male they are more prone homesickness, fear interpersonal problems. findings emphasize potential role relation necessary steps need be taken prevent factors Interventions universities, authorities other stakeholders should help prepare socially psychologically host culture their endeavors.
